Nima and Greyson met at Snap Inc. where they saw two challenges arise. First, numerous trust & safety regulations arose, threatening exorbitant fines. Second, compliance required cross-functional teams to invest significant time and resources, spanning multiple months. Now, they’re aiming to automate compliance efforts to help companies with limited time and resources. 

Nima led Snap’s transparency reporting function for 4 years, spearheading regulatory compliance efforts with new trust & safety regulation. He also served as the Vice Chair for the TechCoalition’s Working Group for Transparency and Accountability, drafting the TRUST Framework for industry transparency. He’s also spoken at trust & safety conferences, like TrustCon, and podcasts, like Trust in Tech, on the importance of transparency reporting and compliance strategies. 

Greyson worked on AI and ML at Snap and Apple, building content ranking and moderation models. With first-hand experience on how companies combine human moderators and ML to classify content violations, he saw the challenge in translating those efforts into regulatory compliance. 

Together, they’re deeply passionate about enabling companies of all sizes to comply with incoming regulation through transparency reporting & automation.
